Please Note:

1. About Registration Exemption: The registration amount is exempted only for those delegates who have been specifically conveyed by INCID. All other delegates have to pay the registration fee as indicated on the website.
2. All the registered delegates are requested to update their arrival, departure and stay plan on the website for pick-up and drop. This is option is available through the Registration login page
3.  Registration counter and facility of distribution of Kit will also be available at the Visakhapatnam Airport.
4. Registration counter and facility of distribution of Kit will also be available at the conference venue from 31^st Oct to 5^th November 2023 (from 09:00 AM till 05:30 PM (IST)).
5. Registration timing on the inaugural day will however be 07:30 AM to 05:30 PM (IST) with a break during the inaugural session on 2^nd November, 2023 between 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM (IST).
