Payment
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and Indian Rupees. Standard taxes, if any will be applicable.
  • Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a standard % processing and credit card surcharge, which will be payable by the delegate.
  • If you do not have a credit card for payment, please email yellark@gmail.com, incid-cwc@gov.in prior to commencing the registration process to organise an invoice.
  • All invoices MUST be paid within 14 days.
  • If payment is made by international bank transfer, any bank fees incurred will need to be covered by the delegate.
  • Service charges and GST incurred will need to be borne by the delegate
  • You may optionally pay the registration amount at the conference venue, in this case, no Early Bird discount* will be applicable.
Liability
  • In no event Engineer-in Chief (Irrigation) Water Resources Department, Govt. Andhra Pradesh will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites.
  • The Organizers cannot accept liability for any payment not reaching the correct account - Engineer-in Chief (Irrigation) Water Resources Department, Govt. Andhra Pradesh due to quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details, etc. Neither the organizers can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment Engineer-in Chief (Irrigation) Water Resources Department, Andhra Pradesh Govt. is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  • Organizers responsibility is limited to providing access to the event only. Any other issues especially health, law and order, etc. will not be the responsibility of the Organizers.
Refund
  • Registration fee once successfully paid online for the 25th ICID Congress & 74th IEC Meeting cannot be cancelled, and that amount will not be refunded. The Organizers of the event does not support the cancellation of registration. In exceptional cases, the Organizing Committee will take up the matter on case to case basis and the matter is at the discretion of the Organizing Committee only.
  • In case, the transaction has been declined or is unsuccessful, but the payment has been deducted from the account, the refund process will be initiated once notified. The amount that had been deducted will be refunded into the account from which the payment was being attempted.
  • Organizer will not entertain any refund/cancellation request in case of any issues related to payment gateway/method (including wallets such as Mobikwik, PayTM, PayPal etc.) offer. Any issues related to such offers will be addressed by the payment gateway/method itself.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted

Vaccination & Testing Requirements

Participants shall comply with all Government COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for entry into the Indian Territory where the event is being held.  In addition, participants are also required to comply with all requirements set by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India -https://www.mohfw.gov.in/
